1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

Warranty Eligibility

New Vision Display, the parent company of the Sun Vision Display brand, extends a 1-year parts and replacement warranty to cover all Sun Vision Display brand products. This warranty encompasses cases where damage or defects result from the manufacturer, allowing for the replacement of the defective item or part at no cost. We also offer 2-Year or 3-Year extended warranty coverage for our rE 32” RLCD Computer Monitor. 

 

Covered damage includes: 

  • Qualifying screen defects, including dead pixels or dead lines. 
  • Hardware malfunctions rendering the product unusable. 
  • Software malfunctions rendering the product unusable. 


Excluded damage comprises: 

  • Physical damage like liquid spills, moisture, cracks, scratches, or dents. 
  • Damages occurring during the shipping process. 
  • For damages that occur during shipping, insurance claims must be made with the carrier. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable by New Vision Display. 


Our manufacturer's warranty is enforceable within the contiguous United States and the United Kingdom, with coverage varying for locations outside these regions. Refer to our Warranty Eligibility By Location document for specific coverage details within valid regions. 

Claim Filing Process

To initiate a replacement claim, the buyer must contact our Customer Service Center at +1 (224) 268-3343 (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM CST) or via e-mail at sales@sunvisiondisplay.com to verify the return's validity. Customers must provide images of the defective item during the claim process. 

 

Our Customer Service Center will: 

  • Offer support as necessary 
  • Assess case and item’s eligibility for return 
  • Provide detailed return shipping instructions for qualified returns 


For approved returns, return packaging should include: 

  • All original box contents, including: 
  • Display 
  • Stand or mounting hardware 
  • Power cord 
  • Foam box inserts 
  • Any other original packaging 


(Please re-seal the box securely before shipping to prevent reopening during transit). 


All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received, with original labels intact and free from signs of usage, tampering, and dents. 


In cases of unavailability due to inventory shortages or other circumstances, we reserve the right to refund the original or current item price at our discretion. 


A 15% restocking fee may apply to exchanges of any returned items. For further details, please review our Billing Terms & Conditions.
