2-Year Extended Manufacturer’s Warranty

Warranty Eligibility 

The purchase of this 2-Year Extended Warranty extends the Standard Manufacturer’s 1-Year Warranty to a total of 2 years from the date of purchase. In cases where damage or defects were the result of the manufacturer, the defective item (or part) will be replaced free of charge by New Vision Display (the parent company of the Sun Vision Display brand). 

Such damage includes: 

  • Screen defects such as dead pixels or dead lines 
  • Existing hardware malfunctions that make the product unusable 
  • Existing software malfunctions that make the product unusable 

Such damage does not include: 

  • Physical damage such as liquid spills, moisture, cracks, scratches, or dents 
  • Damages that have occurred during the shipping process 
  • NOTE: If damage occurs during shipping, shipping insurance claims must be made with the carrier directly. Initial shipping costs are not refundable by New Vision Display. 


Our manufacturer's warranty is fully enforceable within the contiguous United States and the United Kingdom. For locations outside of these regions, the extent of coverage may vary. Please refer to our Warranty Eligibility By Location document to obtain information regarding specific levels of coverage within the regions where our warranty is valid. 

Claim Filing Process 

To make a replacement claim, buyer must contact our Customer Service Center by calling +1 (224) 268-3343 (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM CST) or via e-mail to sales@sunvisiondisplay.com to confirm validity of return. Customer must provide images of defective item during claim process.

 

Our Customer Service Center will provide the following:

  • Claim form
  • Claim validation
  • A unique RMA number
  • Return shipping instructions

 

 If return is approved, return packaging must include:

  • RMA number
  • Proof of purchase and proof of delivery
  • All original box contents, including:
  • Monitor and stand
  • Power cord
  • Foam box inserts
  • Note – Please re-seal box appropriately before shipping to prevent reopening during transit.


All returned items must be in the same condition as they arrived in. Item must be returned to us within five (5) business days after RMA # has been issued. Returns must have all original labels in place and be free of any signs of usage, tampering, and dents.


In cases of unavailability due to inventory shortages or other circumstances, we reserve the right to refund the original or current item price at our discretion.
